Placing orders on the web store is easy:

Set-up a new account by providing your information in the appropriate
boxes

Click the menu items in the upper
left corner to navigate to various
products and then click the “Add
to Cart” button below to order the product.

Click the “Check Out” button to finish your order.

For M-Player songs, your ordered songs
are immediately available for download
from your account page. For Software
applications, your username and registration
key will be sent instantly to your
e-mail address.
- If you make a mistake during the order process and receive an
error message when trying to use the “Back” button
on your browser, you may need to close
your browser and enter the store again.
Important Points to Remember

If we are out of stock on an item you can back-order it and you
will not be charged until the item ships.

You can download any of the Fretlight
Ready software applications from
the Optek web site at http://www.optekmusic.com/fretlight_ready_software.htm

Please remember that the e-mail that
you use to register will be used
to send you any software registration
keys for the applications that you
have ordered.

Orders usually ship out in 1-3
days, DHL Ground service, and
you will get a conformation e-mail from
DHL regarding your package tracking
number and other shipping details.

For International Guitar or Accessory Orders
Please make sure that you have
the EXACT name (that includes middle
initial, if any) which appears
on your credit card and
the EXACT address where you receive
your credit card bill.
Many International Credit Card
companies place holds on International
credit cards so that they will NOT work
in the U.S. – You must call your credit card
company and have them release this hold.
